How do I get to the hotel?

Hire a prepaid taxi from the airport. This will cost you approximately INR 250 to INR 360. Alternatively, you can also take the Airport express Metro line to the Aerocity Metro station, and then take a 10 min walk to the hotel.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. The Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Do you have a shuttle service to and from the Airport?

Yes, we provide a 24-Hour shuttle service to and from the International and Domestic Airports. The transfers are available on chargeable basis.

Is breakfast included in the room tariff?

The availability of breakfast is subject to the guests's selection of his room plan.

Do you have a restaurant in the hotel?

Yes, we have a restaurant that operates 24x7.

Is the price per room or per person?

The rates are on per room basis.

Do you have wired and wireless internet connection in the rooms?

We have High-Speed Wifi (wireless) internet connection available for rooms and lobby.

How many persons can stay in 1 room?

Our Deluxe rooms can accommodate 2 adults, Executive rooms with 3 adults and Luxury Quad Rooms with 4 adults.

Can I store my luggage?

Yes, we have provision for storing your luggage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We allow upto one day prior cancellation. Cancellation on the same day is not allowed as per our hotel’s policy.

Do you require ID Proof?

Carrying a valid ID proof is mandatory for for all members (PAN Cards are not acceptable)
